These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of calcurasa. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our platform.
You retain 100% full and exclusive ownership, copyright, and trade secret rights over all recipes, ingredient formulations, purchase pricing, and operational data that you input into calcurasa. calcurasa and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform software, calculation algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, logos, and trademarks.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the calcurasa platform (the 'Service' or 'calcurasa'), operated at calcurasa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a restaurant, company, or culinary organization, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
calcurasa provides a web-based Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculation and recipe costing platform for commercial food & beverage businesses. The Service includes raw ingredient cost tracking, usable yield & prep waste percentage adjustments, recursive sub-recipe nesting, packaging item calculations, overhead allocation, role-based access control, kitchen Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) exports, and profitability reporting.
3. User Accounts & Workspace Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords and session tokens). You are entirely responsible for all activities occurring under your workspace. You agree to immediately notify calcurasa of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
calcurasa offers a Free Tier and paid Pro Kitchen subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees in your organization's designated currency. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You retain 100% full and exclusive ownership, copyright, and trade secret rights over all recipes, ingredient formulations, purchase pricing, and operational data that you input into calcurasa. calcurasa and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform software, calculation algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, logos, and trademarks.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (b) use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the platform; (c) attempt to bypass tier limits, quotas, or security measures; (d) resell, lease, or distribute access to the platform to unauthorized third parties.
7. Disclaimers & Kitchen Operations
calcurasa calculates mathematical COGS, theoretical margins, and recommended selling prices based exclusively on the data inputs provided by users. You acknowledge that physical kitchen operations, ingredient storage shrinkage, cooking evaporation, supplier price volatility, and food safety standards are the sole operational responsibility of your culinary team.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, calcurasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of culinary data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination & Account Cancellation
You may terminate your account and cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace Settings. calcurasa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations or submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.
